Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands

The hotel has perfect location near to all the attractions and extremely friendly employees at receptionists. Also, it is near the centre of Tana Rata and restaurants and convenience stores. I have stayed in the deluxe king room with an ironing set, an electronic key card, and multi-channel TV.

Had a great time staying here for a family vacation. the location is close to town, so it was easy to find good places to eat 🍽️.

I liked the spaciousness of the area. The hotel has a nice garden. The room is good. There are plenty of comfortable sitting areas to read and sit around

The lifts in the "older" section are outside. The restaurant's walls, especially near the lights have small cobwebs with trapped insects and dead insects fallen on to tables. The toilet rolls always get stuck in its holder.

Comfortable place all in all, has pleasant staff at receptionists. The units were extremely spacious with a bathtub...

The views are fascinating. the hotel is clean. - the employees at reception are very, very nice. - the property is situated in a very central location near eateries. - This hotel is a go-to for Cameron Highlands!

Value for money is VERY poor. Towels were probably white one day but not now. The last time the carpet was cleaned was when Moses crossed the Red Sea. I was asked what newspaper i wanted delivered but I was never given any. One bed side table lamp was dead, the WC base was leaking, the seat was broken, there was a broken glass in the hand wash basin drain, the curtain were stuck and could not slide. The carpet in front of the lift was wet and smelly. The breakfast was poor and the staff more busy talking to each other than attending customers. I will NEVER go back!

The hotel was a great base for exploring Cameron Highlands. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff at reception were cooperative and efficient. The room was brand-new, nicely furnished, and had a nice interior. The comfortable beds offered a panoramic view of the valley and woods. The breakfast was above average. Early check-in was a plus. Convenient parking nearby.

The location is perfectly comfortable and ideal, not far from food court and medan selera. Make sure to get a double room with tea and the bath, plus a great shower.

Breakfast room was totally crowded at 7,45 in the morning. No free wifi in room, only in lobby...

The hotel was spotless, facilities were good, comfortable and ideal location near restaurants and convenience stores. The staff were reasonably good and affable in case of questions. The deluxe quadruple room I booked came with a bathtub, 2 queen beds and the bathroom.

The room was spacious with TV set with satellite channels, a mini bar fridge and ironing facilities.

Fairly clean hotel with a nice design and fascinating views, it has a perfect location really close to recreational areas. Big rooms, particularly good and delicious breakfast. Quick check-in and easy check-out, parking nearby. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
